mcuci2 Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mcuci2 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of use of the mcuci2.onl website and all services provided through it, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sports betting, and all other forms of games available.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the mcuci2 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by the entire contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held in them.

mcuci2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statement. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the mcuci2 platform, you agree to take full responsibility for the following:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with any party.
• Ensuring all account information remains accurate and is updated whenever there are changes.
• Not using the platform for any purpose that violates the law or the terms of this agreement.
• Not attempting to hack, defraud, or disrupt the systems or other users of the mcuci2 platform.
• Not using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Reporting any technical errors or unexpected winnings to the support team immediately.

mcuci2 will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of an account by a third party who was granted access by the user themselves. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been carried out by you personally.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The mcuci2 platform accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The financial transaction terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes after approval of verification.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to a security verification process.
• mcuci2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify transactions deemed unusual.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method or a bank account registered in the same user's name. mcuci2 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to make such a withdrawal will be declined and may result in further investigation of the account in question.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mcuci2 offers various bonuses and promotions to its users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms set for each promotion. Users are responsible for understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.

The mcuci2 welcome bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonus rate: 150% of the first deposit amount.
• Maximum bonus amount: up to RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100, bonus RM150, account balance RM250. Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before a withdrawal can be made.
• Second example: Deposit RM800, bonus RM500 (maximum limit), account balance RM1,300. Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

mcuci2 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if there is evidence that a user has attempted to abuse the bonus system or breach promotion terms. mcuci2's decision in such matters is final.

The mcuci2 VIP Programme provides weekly cashback to members based on their membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). VIP tier advancement depends on a user's betting activity and loyalty over time.

6. Games and Betting

All games available on the mcuci2 platform, including online slots, live casino, and sports betting, are operated using a fair and transparent system. Game outcomes are determined by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) or through live game mechanisms that are broadcast in real time.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Violation of bonus terms or misuse of promotions.

For account closures due to a breach of terms, mcuci2 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account until the investigation is complete. For account closures at the user's request, all valid funds will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedure.

9. Liability Limits

The mcuci2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mcuci2 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, mcuci2 is not liable for:

This agreement and all disputes arising from it will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the jurisdiction in which the mcuci2 platform is licensed. mcuci2 operates under a valid international licence and complies with all compliance requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to arbitration under the rules and procedures set by the relevant licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
